Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Cloud Crew Kids Fun makes short animated videos that answer kids' questions. This page explains what information we handle on this website and on our social media accounts. In short: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell anything.
This website
- We don't ask for accounts, names or logins.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Videos are shown through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you press play, YouTube may store information under Google's privacy policy.
- The "Ask the crew" box opens your own email app. If you send us a question, we receive your email address and message, and use them only to read and answer your question. We may use the question itself (never your name or email) as an idea for an episode.
Children
Our videos are made for kids, but this website and our social media pages are run for parents and grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Our social media tools
We use our own small app to publish our videos and read the statistics of our own accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. That app:
- only connects to the Cloud Crew Kids Fun accounts we own;
- only uses the access those platforms grant to post our videos, captions and replies, and to read our own posts' statistics;
- does not collect, store or share personal information about people who watch, like or comment;
- never sells or shares data with anyone.
Deleting your data
To ask us to delete anything you've sent us, or any data connected to you, email cloudcrewkids@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
You can also remove our app's access at any time in your platform settings (for example, Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites).
